Which one do you need?
Straight answer, because the cheaper option is enough in some cases.
A logo on its own may be enough if the business is small, the branding is simple, and one person controls how it gets used.
The full identity becomes more useful when more than one person handles your branding. The moment a printer, a sign maker, a social media person and a web developer are all working with your logo, they need to know which colours, which fonts and which version to use. Without guidelines, different suppliers can make different choices and the branding starts to drift.
If you are not sure, take the logo. You can add the rest later.

How do we decide what the logo should look like?
We ask for three logos or brands you like, three of your direct competitors, and the colours you want or the ones you cannot stand.
The references help us understand your taste and your market. You then get three directions to choose from. You pick the one closest to right and we refine it.

What files do you receive?
Every logo project hands over:
- Vector source files in AI, EPS and SVG, for suppliers that need scalable or cuttable artwork
- PNG with transparent background, for web and documents
- JPG and PDF for everyday use
- Horizontal, stacked and icon only versions
- Full colour, black, white and single colour versions
- A folder organised so you can find the right file without asking
The final logo artwork and the source files we create for you are handed over with the project. Third party fonts and other licensed assets remain subject to their own licence terms, and we will tell you which fonts your identity uses so you can license them if you need to.
- AI Logos
Generated a logo with AI?
Send it over. Sometimes it is already usable and sometimes it needs rebuilding, and the answer depends on the file rather than on how it was made.
If your logo only exists as a raster image, some production methods become harder. Cut vinyl and fabrication often need clean vector paths. Embroidery needs a separate digitised stitch file. Large format printing depends on having enough resolution.
Rebuilding a logo properly as vector, with the geometry corrected and the single colour and production versions built out, is from 6,000 THB, or free as part of any website project.
Some generated logos can be rebuilt. Others are better redesigned from the same idea, and we will tell you honestly which one applies.
- Redraws
Already have a logo?
It only exists as a low quality image. Someone made it years ago, the designer has gone, and all you have is a small JPG. Redrawing it as proper vector is from 6,000 THB, or free as part of any website project. Same logo, rebuilt so it can scale without pixelation.
It needs updating rather than replacing. Sometimes a logo is fundamentally sound and just looks dated, or does not work well on mobile. Redrawing and modernising may make more sense than replacing it. Send it and we will tell you which route is justified.

Questions about logo design
How long does it take?
Logo, about one week. Full brand identity, two to three weeks. Timing also depends on how quickly feedback comes back.
What if I do not like any of the three concepts?
We go back to the brief together and present one further set of three directions at no extra cost. Beyond that, further concept rounds are quoted.
Do you design in Thai script as well as English?
Yes. We design and typeset in Thai. The working languages on the project itself are English and French.
Can I trademark the logo?
You can apply to register it as a trademark, but registration depends on the mark itself and on any existing rights. We can share our experience of the Thai DIP process. For the application and any legal advice, use a trademark agent.
Do you work with clients outside Thailand?
Yes. The company is in Bangkok and we work in English and French with clients anywhere.
Do I have to buy a website too?
No. Logo and identity work stands on its own.
