Why we do not sell SEO as a monthly package
A website can be built first and SEO added afterwards. We do it differently. The search strategy is considered while the site is being structured, written and built.
What a site is built to target should be decided then, in the structure, the pages and the way each one is written. SEO is part of the project here, not something we bolt on after launch.
A site does not work alone, and no monthly package fixes that on its own. The structure, the writing, your Google Business Profile and the links pointing at you all decide the result together. That is why SEO is part of the project and not a separate product.

What SEO is included when you build the site?
Every site we build includes SEO work as part of the project.
Keyword research before anything is written. On Pro projects, what your customers actually type into Google decides what pages exist and what each one says.
Structure search engines can read. Pages organised so it is clear what the site is about and what each page is for. Clean URLs, proper heading hierarchy, internal links that make sense.
Content written to be found and to be read. The answer near the top, so a visitor gets it in seconds. Then the detail underneath.
Relevant schema markup. Structured data added where it is appropriate for the page and the business.
Site speed. Optimised at build, not patched afterwards.
Google Business Profile. Created or cleaned up where the business is eligible, with categories and services filled in properly. For eligible local businesses it can be an important source of visibility in Search and Maps.
Search Console and Analytics. Set up from launch, so measurement starts from the beginning.
For sites we build, ongoing content and technical work is available separately if it is needed.

Do you buy backlinks?
No. We do not buy them, sell them or recommend suppliers.
Buying links for ranking purposes is against Google’s spam policies. If you choose to do it elsewhere, that is your decision, but it is not part of our work.
What we rely on instead is slower. Content worth linking to, published consistently, picked up over time. Real relationships with suppliers, partners and organisations, where a mention exists because something actually happened.

Straight answer: we do not take on monthly SEO for sites we did not build.
Before we take responsibility for ongoing work, we need to understand the structure, the content, the technical setup and the existing data properly. So we start with a review rather than a retainer.

Full review, 15,000 THB. Search Console and Analytics pulled apart, site structure examined, what each page is actually for, where the traffic goes and where conversion problems may be occurring. You get a written summary of what is wrong and what would fix it, in order of what matters most.
Consultation, 5,000 THB per hour. For specific questions, ongoing advice, or a second opinion on what someone else has told you.
Either paid option is credited in full against a build if you go ahead within 60 days. So if the review concludes you need a new site, the diagnosis costs you nothing.
The review may conclude that the site needs fixes, that it needs rebuilding, or that very little work is required at all. We will tell you which.
- AI Search
What about ChatGPT and AI search?
People increasingly use AI tools to look for services and answers, and those answers can name and link to businesses. That link sends real visitors. We see it on our own sites.
Here is the accurate picture, which is more useful than the pitch.
Google’s generative AI features use its Search index and core ranking systems, so the same technical and content foundations still matter there. Google also states that no special formatting or AI files are needed for its AI features.
ChatGPT search works differently. It uses OpenAI’s search crawler to discover and surface websites, and it can also draw on third party search providers. OpenAI says public websites can appear in ChatGPT search, and allowing that crawler to access the relevant pages is an important eligibility check.
We check that access as part of every build and every review.
There is no separate AI optimisation package we think you need to buy. We write pages that answer the question near the top because it helps the person reading, and Google’s own guidance says content does not need rewriting in a special way for generative AI.
If someone tells you SEO is finished and offers AI optimisation instead, ask them what it involves that good writing and a crawlable site do not already cover.

How long it takes
There is no fixed timetable. Some changes can show an effect relatively quickly, others take several months. Your market, the site you already have and the amount of work required all matter. Anyone guaranteeing a first page position is selling you something that cannot be guaranteed.
Whether your market is realistic.
A small site is not a plan for competing in a saturated market on its own. You will hear which situation you are in.
When the website is not the problem
Sometimes the traffic is fine and the site does not convert. Sometimes the traffic is fine and the phone number is wrong. We would rather tell you that than sell you SEO.
When you do not need us
If the fix is one afternoon of work you can do yourself, we will say so.

Questions about SEO
Can you guarantee a first page ranking?
No. Google itself says nobody can guarantee a number one ranking. If someone guarantees a position, ask exactly which query they are guaranteeing and how they intend to achieve it.
How long before I see results?
There is no fixed timetable. Some changes show an effect relatively quickly, others take months. It depends on the market, the existing site and how much work is needed.
Do you do SEO for sites you did not build?
Not on a monthly basis. We will examine it in a paid review and tell you honestly what it needs, which is sometimes a rebuild and sometimes very little.
Do you work in French as well as English?
Yes. We work in English and French with clients anywhere. We can design and typeset in Thai, but the working languages on a project are English and French.
