White Label

White label web and graphic design for agencies

Your brand on the work, not ours

You brief us, we produce the work, you deliver it under your name. We sign an NDA, we never approach your client independently, and nothing we deliver carries our name. Over 15 years of professional design experience, available when your own capacity runs out.

What we take on

WordPress builds. 5 page sites to 15 plus. Built properly, mobile tested, speed optimised, on page SEO structure in place.

Graphic design. Logos, brand identity, business cards, flyers, brochures, menus, banners, labels and packaging.

Newsletter and email design. Recurring monthly work, to an existing template or designed fresh each issue.

Overflow work. The job you have already sold and cannot fit into this month.

Copy is supplied by you or your client. We build and design, we do not write.

The rules we work by

We never contact your client independently. Not during a project, not after it, not for a testimonial. Everything goes through you, unless you specifically ask us to join a call or a conversation.

We do not appear in the work. No credit in the footer, no name in the metadata, no signature in the artwork, nothing left in the WordPress admin. It is your build.

We sign your NDA. Send yours, or use ours. Either is fine.

We do not approach your clients afterwards. Your client list stays your client list. If one of them finds us independently and asks, we tell you.

You own the work we create. Working files and site access are handed over on completion. Any third party fonts, plugins or software remain subject to their own licence terms.

We work on partnership, not one off jobs

We are not a marketplace. Setting up properly with a new agency takes time on both sides, so we work with a small number of partners on an agreement rather than taking scattered single jobs.

How it works. We work on a six month agreement with a minimum monthly volume. You get partner rates, priority in the schedule, and turnaround we commit to in writing. We get predictable work, which is why the rates are lower.

The first month is a trial. Either side can leave during that month, no reason needed and no penalty. If neither side exits, the agreement continues for the remainder of the six month term.

That way you are not gambling on a supplier you have never used, and we are not investing setup time in an agency that disappears after one job.

Partner slots are limited. We take on a small number to protect turnaround and avoid overloading the schedule. If they are full, we will say so rather than take the work and struggle with it.

Single projects outside an agreement are possible at project rates, subject to capacity.

Turnaround

The timings below are the turnaround we commit to once the brief, copy and assets are complete.

Two clocks showing turnaround status. The first, gold, is running because the brief, copy and assets are complete. The second, gray, is paused because it is waiting on content

Print artwork, cards, flyers, banners2 to 3 working days
Newsletter or email design2 working days

10 to 15 page WordPress build2 to 3 weeks

Waiting on content or images stops the clock, and we will tell you the moment it does.

Partners get priority. If two jobs land on the same day, the partner job goes first.

If you have a deadline that does not fit those numbers, ask. Sometimes it works.

How a job runs

1. You brief us. Written is best. What the client sells, what they need, what has been promised, and the copy and assets to build with. If we spot a gap between what was promised and what the brief allows, we tell you before starting rather than halfway through.

2. We confirm scope and timing. Fixed price, fixed deadline. You know your cost before you commit to your client.

3. We produce. One point of contact throughout. No account manager, no ticket queue.

4. You review. Amends included within the agreed scope. We do not argue over a two pixel change.

5. We hand over. Files packaged with the relevant font details and links, site handed over, nothing of ours left in it.

Rates

Partner rates are not published, for an obvious reason. If your client can find our prices, they can work out your margin.

Ask and we will send the rate sheet privately. It covers WordPress builds by page, design by item, and recurring work like newsletters, so you can quote your client confidently without checking with us first.

Partner rates apply while the monthly minimum is met. Project rates apply to single jobs outside an agreement.

Questions about white label work

Concepduo is a registered Thai company. You deal with one point of contact who manages the project and checks everything before it reaches you.

Bangkok. Everything runs remotely and we work in English and French. The Bangkok time difference can work well with European agency schedules.

No. White label work is build and design only. You or your client supply the text.

Yes, or by email, whichever you prefer.

Brief them to us as a new job, or handle them yourself with the files we provide. Either works.

Elementor on WordPress. If your brief requires another setup, tell us before we agree the project. Elementor also lets your team handle routine page and content changes without coming back to us for every edit.

Only if you ask, and only presented however you want us presented. Left to us, we stay invisible.

Either side ends it, no reason needed. You pay for work delivered and that is the end of it.

50 percent to start, 50 percent on delivery for the first month. After that, monthly invoicing.
