Two things that will get you a better answer.
Tell us what the project has to achieve, not only what you want made. More enquiries, a clearer brand, packaging ready for production, replacing something that is not working. The goal is what lets us give you a useful first answer.
Send anything useful. Your current website or artwork if there is one, plus references or competitors that help explain what you need.

If we are not the right studio for the job, or we are full, we will tell you in the first reply rather than stringing it out.
The budget field is not there to size you up. It is there so the first reply is useful.
If you tell us 30,000 THB, we will tell you honestly what that gets and what it will not.
If your budget is below the usual range, say so. For Basic website projects a six month payment plan is available, and some services have smaller starting points.
What we will not do is ignore the budget you gave us and push a larger scope anyway.
